Microneedle Therapy with Hair Loss Treatments

Microneedle Therapy is an essential component to any natural approach to Hair Loss Treatments. The Microneedle itself has tiny acupuncture type needles which are .75 mm in length. The micro needles create tiny channels from the surface of the scalp to reach the dermis where the hair bulb/hair cells are.

By creating these channels topical natural Hair Loss Treatments reach the target site so are more effectively absorbed. Hair Loss Treatments with Microneedle Therapy also create a natural injury reaction which assists natural cell healing including the formation of collagen.

Microneedle Therapy with Hair Loss Treatments should be performed in the following order to be most effective:

• Scalp Brush Therapy
• Scalp Cleansing with Absolique Scalp Cleanser
• Absolique Scalp Tonique
• Hair shampoo OFF the scalp
• Hair Conditioner OFF the scalp
• Towel dry hair
• Microneedle Therapy
• Topical Natural Hair Loss Treatments

Correct diagnosis is the key to any success with hair Loss Treatments. Too often I meet patients who have wasted years of time and mountains of money using the wrong Hair Loss Treatments for their individual Hair Loss problem.

My Experience with Derma Roller : Microneedling To Remove Old Stretch Marks At Home

Those of you who have read my earlier posts know that I have been trying to get rid of my stretch marks for a really long time now. I have them on my hips and arms and they are post-pubescent marks, NOT post-pregnancy marks. The most recent procedure I tried was the Jean Wu Stretch Marks treatment. Unfortunately, this did not work for me at all.

Before Pic (from hip area):

As you can see, the marks are deep and plentiful. Having heard so much about Dermarolling, I decided to give it a shot.
Since I'm mortally afraid of seeing or using needles, it seemed wiser to go to a dermatologist..at least to treat the marks on my arms. The idea was that once I got the hang of it, I would treat the other areas myself.
I went to a reputed skin clinic in Bangalore, India and registered for the stretch marks removal treatment. The cost was about 3000 INR per session. This seemed expensive as a derma roller price is about 3000 INR on ebay. Anyway, since a professional was performing it, I decided to opt for it. Since the needle length was 2mm, a local anesthesia cream (Toplap) was suggested by the dermatologist. I was also instructed to use regenrative creams to boost collagen and tretinoin ointment at night.
So far, I have finished 3 sessions and I only have good things to say - Derma Roller WORKS! Trust me, I'm a real person who has not been paid by anyone to write this. In fact, I have spent my own money on the treatment. In seven sessions (about 6 months duration), my 10-year old stretch marks have reduced by at least 50%.

After Pic (from same area)

Derma Rolling for Stretch Marks Results: You can make out from this picture that the marks are not gone entirely but are faint. the overall skin texture (rashes, bumps etc) has improved due to religious use of 0.1% Tretinoin cream at night which makes the skin peel off.
I am no one to assure people that this is the ultimate remedy for stretch marks but it wouldn't hurt to give it a shot. The doctor says that 100% reduction is not possible but at the end of about 10 sessions, they will only be faintly visible. I can live with that. :)
--------------------
I have stopped going to the doctor after five sessions because the treatment was turning out to be too expensive and I have plenty of marks all over my body. Since I am aware of the procedure now, I'll give the method a shot at home..for areas like the buttocks, tummy and arms. Watch this space for updates on how to remove stretch marks at home using derma roller, recipes for collagen regeneration and the works. Do leave a comment if this has/has not worked for you..we're in this together!

Hi! You have done a wonderful job covering this affliction so many of us women have. I am really looking forward to your tips and advice concerning your at home Derma Rolling.

Stretch marks can ruin so many things in life but mostly your confidence where you feel you must cover up even in the hottest weather. What a joy it would be just to wear shorts or sleeveless tops again like when i was a child.

Please keep us informed and keep up the great work and writing. I am so happy for you!

Hey! It's been a long time since you've posted - are you still rolling the affected areas? Have you continued to see improvement?

You also mentioned having done three sessions, then seven sessions, but you said you stopped after five sessions - how many did you actually complete? I was a bit confused.

Thanks so much for starting this blog, you're giving hope to those of us just starting our dermarolling/stretch mark removal journey. I'm also Indian and have them pretty much all over my body.

Derma Roller is a device that looks a lot like a roller and sort of rolls over the surface of the skin. The reason that it cannot be called an actual roller is that it is not completely smooth in design.

Rather, it has a number of small needles in it which come in contact with the skin. Do not worry about the needles being supremely damaging. The needles are quite small so you will not be tearing up the skin.

Hi there! I read your post last year, and this was very encouraging. I am a stretch mark sufferer- more so emotionally, because they are behind my knees and on my calves. I started dermarolling at home, just did one session..lets see what I can achieve, but it's very hard to remain patient! I am trying...

Could you please further update us with further progress, or any other information? That would be very helpful!

Thanks for the wonderful blog, and all the best!

Dermaroller

Derma Roller - How Does it Work?

Derma Roller - How Does it Work?

The dermaroller creates thousands of tiny puncture wounds to the skin which induces the release of growth factors that stimulate the production of new collagen and elastin. Creating dermal damage without removal of the healthy epidermis, as with other resurfacing techniques, means the healing time is rapid and does not cause any comparable discomfort.
Imagine now that on a typical roller, there are 192 needles. If when using the dermaroller the skin is rolled six times (back and forth in three directions), this is over a thousand needle entries, all of which will act to stimulate new collagen fibres. It is not difficult to see that over time, this will act to massively increase the thickness, suppleness and general condition of the skin in these areas.

In addition to stimulating collagen growth, micro needling also create channels through which any substance applied to the skins surface (know as topical application) can be absorbed far more easily. It is, after all, the skins job to keep things out and piercing this shield works well in breaking down that barrier for a limited time.
What this means is any topical application used actually reaches the areas it is intended for. This accurate and minimally invasive microneedle penetration through the epidermis allows for much higher absorption of anti-ageing topicals like AHA, vitamin A and C serums.
Similarly, if the dermaroller is used in conjunction with a hair loss treatment (of topically applied lotion) the effectiveness of the gel, cream or liquid is massively boosted. Considering the cost of hair loss reduction treatments, the dermaroller represents a superb way to reduce these costs whilst still enhancing results.

How Dermarollers Work on Stretch Marks and Cellulite

The dermarollers work on the thinned dermal layer which is what the stretch marks are, the precisely spaced pricks of the needles causes minute trauma to the top few layers of skin, this tricks the skin into producing collagen, and with the penetration of Vitamin C Serum, the damaged cells will be eliminated and can, over time, be replaced by silky smooth brand new skin cells.

Dermarollers stimulate this natural process of skin rejuvenation and skin healing. The dermal layers are caused to increase in thickness as well causing stretch marks to fade away, and eventually disappear altogether.

How Effective is Stretch Mark Removal?

Everybody will see remarkable results in stretch mark appearance with the appropriate application of dermaroller treatments. However, results will vary from individual to individual, depending on many factors. The time it takes, and the efficacy of dermarollers to eliminate stretch marks will depend upon the frequency of treatments, and most importantly your choice of serum or cellulite product. You should see a noticeable result within a week of the first treatment.
acne scars treatment
Stretch marks will continue to dissipate for up to a year's time with dermaroller treatments. They will become barely noticeable after a few months, and for many users the stretch marks will disappear completely with the appropriate application of dermaroller treatmens and Vitamin C Serum.

How do Dermarollers Work on Wrinkles?

Wrinkles are a direct sign of the skin's natural aging process, they can be induced and amplified by sun damage, smoking, poor hydration, facial muscles and facial expressions.

There are Two Major Types of Wrinkles:

Fine lines occurring on the face, and deep wrinkles or furrows mostly occurring on the neck. Most Wrinkle treatments are generally more successful on fine lines, while deep wrinkles and furrows may require a more aggressive treatment.
Although dermarollers work on wrinkles of all kinds all over the body, most of us are looking to cure the most noticeable wrinkles on our faces.
acne scars treatment

Wrinkles have two main causes:

  • Free Radicals on our skin cells
  • Aging process and our skin's inability to regenerate (divide)
The problem with human skin biology is that the immortal reproductive cells become adult differentiated cells that lose their ability to regenerate (divide and proliferate).

Free Radicals:

Wrinkles can be induced, or greatly amplified by free radicals in our skin. They are like little molecular assassins that in our bodies have the sole mission of damaging and even killing healthy skin cells. Free radicals are the by-product of many natural body chemical reactions and cannot be avoided 100%. Environmental stressors like ultraviolet light, smoking, bad nutrition, allergens, can all increase the number of free radicals damaging our skin.

The point is: Free radicals cause wrinkles by attacking and damaging healthy skin cells.

Free radicals also attack , in our lower dermal layers, a connective tissue called collagen. Collagen is an integral part of healthy skin and gives our skin strength, and elasticity. Free radicals will attack collagen, causing it to split and tear, causing our skin to sink down, and:

The beginning of wrinkles!

Dermaroller treatments in conjunction with the application of Vitamin C Serum is an extremely powerful weapon against BOTH types and BOTH causes of wrinkles. The vitamin C Serum stimulates new skin cell production. It eliminates damaged skin cells, and replaces them with newly regenerated skin cells.

"The Dermaroller is Much Better than Botox"

Botox treats the symptoms of wrinkles, and offers a temporary solution whereas dermarollers with Vitamin C Serum fights wrinkles at the source, offering an effective long term solution.
All of us will develop wrinkles as we age. Dermarollers are astonishingly effective at treating this most common type of wrinkle - the "age wrinkle".
The dermaroller acts in two primary ways for treating wrinkles:
Collagen production from skin needling firms and tightens up the skin in delicate areas reducing, and eliminating fine lines and wrinkles. The dermaroller opens up micro channels in the skin to dramatically magnify the penetration factor of your favorite skin anti-aging serum.
acne scars treatment
By profoundly enhancing the delivery of free radicals, micro-nutrients, micro-collagen, vitamins, and moisture into the skin, it combats wrinkles at the source, effectively making dermarollers with anti aging serum more of a long term cure for wrinkles rather than simply an effective treatment.
On its own, dermaroller treatments can be an effective therapy for wrinkles. Combined with a good anti-aging serum, dermarollers become an incredibly effective alternative to a surgical facelift.
The best dermaroller to buy for treating facial wrinkles is the 1mm or 1.5mm needle lenght. Once wrinkles have appeared, there is no better way than a good serum in conjunction with a dermaroller treatment to evaporate wrinkles.

How Effective is the Dermaroller for Scars?

Scarring is our skins natural way of repairing itself. Think of a scar as a patch, made up of scar tissue, and not new normal new skin cells. The dermaroller in conjuction with a Vitamin C Serum, will disrupt the normal skin cycle and cause scar tissue to be removed. It tricks old skin cells into dividing and creating new skin cells and thus eliminating scars.

The inadequate ability to generate new skin cells in the aging body is responsible for the process of scar production. This is also true for wrinkles and stretch marks.

Scar Formation: Scars are the abnormal skin tissue that is deposited after a wound is healed. Scar tissue does not consist of new living skin cells, but consists of a patchwork of collagen fibers, and other proteins that plug the gap in the skin surface to replace the normal skin tissue and act as an effective barrier to infection and foreign particles entering our bodies. Scar tissue, although functional, does not look like normal smooth skin, and can be unsightly and embarrassing.
acne scars treatment
The vast majority of different types of scar tissue can be effectively treated with a Dermaroller. There are rare and irregular scars caused from the overproduction of collagen known as "hypertrophic" and "keloid" scars. These scars should not be treated with dermarollers because they already have too much collagen, and dermaroller treatment can stimulate and increase the amount of collagen.

Scar removal and treatment for scars:

The micro needling process of removing scars re-sets and enhances the natural healing process which created the collagen skin patch in the first place. Combined with a Vitamin C Serum, dermarollers will cause the skin to destroy scar tissue, and replace it with brand new skin cells - eliminating scars. Also, thinner areas of the skin are thickened, simultaneously reducing appearance of scars.
Tiny micro needles cause mini-trauma to the skin and the skin is then tricked into the reparation process. This means your skin begins producing new collagen. The secret is when dermarolling is combined with a Vitamin C Serum, the collagen production is combined with new skin cell generation and scar tissue is destroyed.
acne scars treatment
The dermaroller will start to fade scars after just a few treatments and you will see the scar discoloration begin to fade. The surface area of the scars will then begin to contract, while the skin starts to thicken. The skin tissue will replace scar tissue and effectively eliminate the scar after many treatments.
Generally speaking, the thicker the scar, the longer the needle should be used. We recommend a 1.5mm dermaroller for any facial scars, and generally home users should not attempt self treatment with a derma roller of greater than 2.5mm.
Dermaroller needle lengths between 1.5m and 2.5m will be effective in treating 95% of all scarring.

Derma Roller - Aftercare

Derma Roller - Aftercare

Immediately after your derma roller treatment you will look as though you have moderate sunburn and your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. Don't worry, this will start to subside after 1 to 2 hours and will normally recover within the same day. This short downtime is a major advantage of using the dermaroller.
The best time to use your dermaroller will be at night when the skin can rest and regenerate.
1. STERLISE | Sterilise the Titanium Dermaroller with medical grade alcohol and allow to dry before every use.
2. CLEANSE | Cleanse the area to be rolled and pat skin dry with a cotton pad.
3. ROLL | Visually divide the skin into sections (forehead, left cheek, right cheek, nose, chin, left side of the neck, etc). Full instructions provided with purchase.
4. PREVENT | Apply vitamin C serum and allow to dry - provided in the starter kit with your purchase.
5. HYDRATE | Apply your serum, moisteriser or lotion - use organic products if possible as your skin is super absorbant at this stage.
7. FINISH | Clean your roller with luke warm soapy water, rinse and spray with medical grade alcohol. Let it dry before returning it to its case.

Derma Roller | Secret Weapon to Skin Renewal

Derma Roller | Secret Weapon to Skin Renewal

The derma roller is a definitive credit crunch skin rescue option, simple yet effective and suitable for all skin types and skin tones. The derma roller has laser-like results for stretch mark removal, acne scars, sun damaged skin, facial and décolleté lines and surgery scars at a fraction of the cost. Derma roller results include skin tightening, skin texture improvement, pore size reduction and improved capillary blood supply.

"the derma roller is very popular for several reasons, it causes significant skin tightening, thickens very thin skin, evens out pigmentation and is very affordable especially when compared with fractional lasers."

dermarollers540.blogspot.com

What is the derma roller?

The derma roller is a cylindrical shaped drum studded with very fine needles. It is a device used in micro needling to break down old scar tissue & to stimulate skin cells to proliferate. This cell multiplication results in the formation of new tissue layers of elastin and collagen fibres (neo-collagenesis) as well as in new capillaries for an improved blood supply (neo-angiogenesis). The procedures are called Scar Reduction Therapy (SRT) & Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT).
Collagen Induction Therapy with the derma roller works by stimulating your own body’s collagen. Your body will start to naturally regenerate the skin, working below the surface in the dermis. New skin cells are generated & blood supply is enhanced. It takes a couple of weeks before visible signs of regeneration are seen & the process will continue over the following months, providing you with a gradual & long lasting enhancement.
Scar Reduction Therapy with the derma roller works by releasing old fibrotic scar tissue deep within the skin. Scar tissue is what creates visible scars on the skin’s surface. The treatment will repair the skin naturally, working below the surface in the dermis. This takes time as new collagen & elastin fibres are formed, softening scars, generating new skin cells & enhancing blood supply. Results can be seen within 6 weeks, and a total of 70-85% improvement of scars.

What are the differences to other skin renewal techniques?

In contrast to all ablative techniques like lasers and fractional laser treatments, the derma roller stimulates new tissue formation – it acts constructively and the skin remains intact. The skin does not get damaged (unlike other needling devices) and therefore will not go into a wound healing response (no scabs). The derma roller significantly improves atrophic scars & improves skin texture.

What effects does the derma roller have on the skin?

The derma roller improves the thickness of the dermis as well as the epidermis. This in return improves skin texture and reduces wrinkles. It also has a positive effect on hyper-pigmentation as well as on hypo-pigmentation. Reduces disfiguring scars & acne scars, stimulates new collagen fibres, improves blood supply and harmonises pigmentation.

Can the derma roller be used on any skin colour?

Since the derma roller does not use thermal heat (unlike IPL & lasers) it is safe to use on all skin types and all skin colours. There is no risk of post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.

Which derma roller brands are best?

Beware of cheap 540 "needle" versions (seen in the image below on the left). It is not suitable for the skin and may cause damage. The needles are not needles at all, but stamped discs in the shape of tiny knives. There is a reason the techique is called “micro-needling” and not “micro-slicing” or “micro-cutting”. We do not recommend these type of “needles”. There simply are no clinical results available for this type of roller. The manufacturer in our opinion wanted to launch a “special” dermaroller and did that by offering more “needles”. However that would be expensive and impractical, construction-wise, so they created an entire row of “needles” by stamping discs that creates miniature knives - not needles.

How often can the derma roller procedure be repeated?

For collagen induction therapy we recommend that you start with 3 treatments - 1mm (under ages 35) every 2-3 weeks / 1.5mm (ages 35+) every 4-6 weeks / 2mm (for thick skin) every 6-8 weeks. For scar reduction therapy an average of 3 to 5 treatments are recommended, with an improvement of 70-85%. Unlike ablative procedures for facial skin only, the derma roller can be used on all skin parts of the body (face, neck, décolleté, arms, legs, etc).

What are the side effects of a derma roller procedure?

There are virtually no negative side effects, and none have ever been reported in over 270,000 procedures performed worldwide.

Risks of post treatment infections?

Since the tiny pricking channels close within one hour, and provided the procedure is done under strictly clean conditions, post-op infections are very unlikely.

What is the down time after a derma roller treatment?

The inflammatory reaction of the skin is extremely short and fades significantly within hours from redness to pinkish that may last for 12 to 24 hours on average. When using theHome Dermaroller Kit we recommend rolling at night as it is the best time for the skin to rest and regenerate. Your skin should return to normal by the next morning.

What products are recommended to use in conjuction with the derma roller?

Because the pores of the skin are opened during a treatment, the topical application of 100% organic and natural products are essential. The absorption of products directly after the derma roller treatment is increased 10,000 times. It is for this reason that you should only use organic, natural serums during this crucial stage of treatment.

What should I avoid on my skin?

To ensure the right healing environment, for 2-3 days DO NOT use AHA’s (Glycolic Acid), Retinol, acidic or “active” ingredients.

What should I use on my skin after the treatment?

An Anti-Inflammatory Cleanser to soothe, Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate, Copper to help heal, Zinc to help heal but also to protect.

Derma rolling treatment

before after photos deremrollers

I just got the .5 dermaroller sold aSRoller.com. ( i implore you ladies to check out the site) good solid info, and good rollers at a fair price. After reading hundreds of articles, it really is confirmed that rolling with a 1.0 should be done monthly, tops! a 1.5 every 6 weeks, tops! a .5 2x a week, tops! by rolling more frequently you are permanently inflaming your skin which is terrible. CIT collagen induction therapy is a VERY slow process that starts at the dermal level. you WILL NOT get better results rolling more often, in fact you are hindering the natural process of your skin repair. Also DO NOT put stuff on you face (if rolling deeper than a .5) that you cannot spell or pronounce. while you are reaping the reward of the ingredient you want, there are 50 others that SHOULD NOT be underneath the skins surface. Chemical sunscreen being a complete no no.. and no makeup either for at least 12 hours. go read all the stuff at own. doc and essential day spa on dermarolling before you even consider this. you owe it to your skin. Also, the star pattern roll is officially out. think about it, that small space that you keep rerolling over and over in the middle of the star is turning to mush. own doc shows a video of an updated way to roll. its more logical and effective. good luck! skin bio has a whole rolling forum as well, and people use these products as pre and after care when dermarolling.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think that doing the derma rolling yourself at home is a good idea because there are NO docs or PS in my area that offer it. And I live in a big city! The problem is, which roller are you to buy and I'm not sure what to use with it as far as creams, etc. Everything makes me break out and I am in my 50's.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I recommend Derma Roller to be bought at dermatologists recommended shops like mtsroller.com. Never buy a made-in-china cheap roller from Amazon or ebay.... There are techniques for derma roller and protocols.. I read tons of reviews of derma-rollers in amazon and these people don't know what they are doing. I love the way professionals do derma-roller in Australia. Contrary clients down here in the U.S. who think they are doing a great job by shopping for the lowest quality rollers on amazon and ebay.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have been using a Derma-roller for about 12 months. I use a 1.0mm length needle every other week for 4 weeks, then off for 2. I then restart the every other week schedule. I am fairly vigorous...rolling back and forth while pushing the roller into skin.

I have had about a 75% reduction in my upper lip wrinkles with this treatment. I had one long jagged line on the left side of upper lip that has now completely disappeared since my last session (last Tues.).

My goal is to start working on my neck wrinkles after my lip wrinkles are totally gone.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have also been derma-rolling for wrinkle reduction. I have been derma rolling my upper lip wrinkles. I am 45 y.o. and have smoked for many years...have recently quit (2months). I definitely agree with you that you must be consistant if you really want to tackle those wrinkles. Also, you shouldn't do the sessions too close together. I remember a thread I read on this site a few months ago and there were women who were having problems scarring on their needling sites. They were needling every day or every other day. That is too much...the skin needs time to heal some (at least 2 weeks) in between sessions or it will scar.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This gave me the best results. While it didnt remove all my scars it allowed the rest of my face to look more healthy. Leaving me feel alot more comfortable. I no longer avoid mirrors. Hoping to start doing home dermal rollers since it gets expense really quick with having each procedure done about every 6 weeks. By the way I made plans to hide at my sister house for about 5 days. Your face looks really bad for the first 3 days, bruised face, white heads come up, alot of anti bacteria cream, can't allow your healing skin to dry out. I felt comfortable about the 5th day to return home. Feel free to send me any questions you may still have.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
it seems scary to use needle on your face, but it works. I first used 0.05mm length every other day. It worked great! my pores became smaller, and skin tone seemed better, but it doesn't help much with my acne scare. Now, I am using 0.1mm needles to help with scar, it hurts when using it. but it seems working. need longer time to see the full result.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I really did not want to share my thoughts about dermarolling until I was sure the results my doctor and achieved were permanent. It's been a while since a had the treatment and now I can say that the improvement is permanent! I am aware of the fact it does not work for everybody, but for me - it made a huge difference. The needles my doctor used were 1.5mm long.
update #1:
Shallow acne scars are gone. I can't find them even with a magnifying glass. A chickenpox scar on my forehead improved by 70%. Some doctors say dermarolling creates scars and that it's really bad for your skin, but it worked for me and my skin is amazing.I had 5 sessions all together and do not need more treatments. I am glad I chose this over Fraxel.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have only been using the 0.5 mm for about 2 weeks (every other day.) I I use anti scar serums afterward followed by a moisturizing essence. I had some stubborn cysts on my chin (over a month) and whiteheads on my forehead from a sunless tanner debacle. Nothing I tried helped. Within 2 treatments, the cysts shrunk. Now they are gone and the whiteheads are nearly gone. Very impressed! My overall skin texture looks nice too. Will update in 3 months to report on acne scars, wrinkles and overall appearance.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've used the 1.5mm roller with gentle pressure on face (until a "sunburn" develops) three times so far. Then I use Rose hips oil on my face followed with anavocado oil massage. I can not believe how the smile lines around my eyes have diminished and the overall skin looks brighter and healthier. I do the oil regimen twice a day. The acne scars on my checks have almost flatten out (I had fraxel laser 2 yrs ago for $1900 and didn't get results like these!!) In theory, its true that the puncturing of skin does absorb the oils or cream deep into the skin layers. Otherwise, how could I have seen improvement so quickly? I have also used the roller on my thighs for the cellulite which I follow with different essential oils massage. In the past, I have done six "vela shape" treatments for my cellulite in a spa for $1200 and all I got was bruising. It took weeks to see some improvement. With this derma roller at this price, I can do the treatments at home right after showering and know that I do not have to spend thousands to keep up the treatments. The bumps on my thighs look a little better but I still need at least 2 months on those treatments. I am in my 40's and have tried everything including top line creams and serums but never have seen results like these in just 7 days. I am going to buy 1.5mm roller for thighs and 0.5mm for eyes and lip areas. This is an excellent product at an excellent price that I can take anywhere and do my treatments at any time!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have been using the 1.5mm Roller for one week and have already noticed an improvement in fine lines and acne scarring on my face. I have also used it on the back of my hands. It has improved the texture and plumpness of my skin. Would definitely recommend this product.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This product is great, quick delivery and can see results already!
Would reccommend to all people
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have been using now for 6 weeks on the chin area due to scarring and results have been quite amazing so far, scars are less noticable and one scar which was quite raised is now even with my skin so i know after time it will get even better, I use twice a week as using on the face does hurt a bit but providng you dont use too much pressure it is bearable and well worth the results. My skin tone is better and lines less noticeable around the eye area but you must be gentle around the eye area .I use argan oil afterwards to ensure it penetrates the skin well after treatment as i know argan oil is a very good healer . They say good results should be visible after 3 months so really am impressed so far.
You can use your skin roller more but i only use twice a week.

This product is great, quick delivery and can see results already! Would reccommend to all people

I think that doing the derma rolling yourself at home is a good idea because there are NO docs or PS in my area that offer it. And I live in a big city! The problem is, which roller are you to buy and I'm not sure what to use with it as far as creams, etc. Everything makes me break out and I am in my 50's.

Feel free to send me any questions you may still have.

it seems scary to use needle on your face, but it works. I first used 0.05mm length every other day. It worked great! my pores became smaller, and skin tone seemed better, but it doesn't help much with my acne scare. Now, I am using 0.1mm needles to help with scar, it hurts when using it. but it seems working. need longer time to see the full result.

I have been using the 1.5mm Roller for one week and have already noticed an improvement in fine lines and acne scarring on my face. I have also used it on the back of my hands. It has improved the texture and plumpness of my skin. Would definitely recommend this product.
