hi, i have an immune disease and malnutrition at age 23 i have lines wrinkles on neck, forehead, between the eyebrows and around the eyes and sagging at the mouth. however because of my age i still get pimples when i apply moisturizer to my face. Will this product work for me without causing pimples?

After I've done my routine with derma wand, can I then put on my Retinol or Rentin A? It says to use it 2x a day, so how does one fit their retinol in there? since it's damaging to use with the actual dermawand before hand.

Just a few minutes ago, I called the Derma roller infomercial. Shipping and Handling is $14.95 and there is also a NON-REFUNDABLE Processing Fee of $14.95 charged at the time when you order. I do not know what other people think but a company can use any words it wants such as Handling or Processing; it sounds to me that a customer pays twice for Handling. Just think, $14.95 X thousands or millions of customers who order whether they keep or send the Derma Wand back, that is a lot of profit the company makes just to resell a Derma Wand that has been returned.

Hi , I've noticed a little bit of reduction in wrinkles eg they seem to be getting shallower .I've been using it twice a day for over a week from what I've read it does take awhile for a big improvement . Obviously it will never be as good as plastic surgery but I'm definitely going to stick with it and see .

Hi , I bought my dermawand for $198 at Big W , Perth Western Australia . I've been using it for 5 days now for twice a day . I have used 3 different types of moisturizers on separate times and found that the better the moisturizer , the better the result . I have thick skin so I'm already up to level 9 , I have noticed small differences already eg pores , radiance also I look fresher . I'm 45 and have olive skin , also some people say you have to stick with it for months before you see a difference . So far I've been pleased with the Dermawand .

My DVD doesn't work either hence the reason for checking things out on the net. really pleased I did as Iv'e been patiently using this for months and didn't know about the little cap!!!! It's not something you would think comes off by just looking at it. Hell what a difference ..... and only on 1. Surely the male who says it is weak must not have taken off the cap either. Can someone tell me whether it is alright to use this over a moisturizer? It just seems to move easier on the skin when moisturizer is applied. Also is it OK to use on eyelids? Now I have tried it with the cap off I'm a bit weary and don't want to damage anything on my face.

HI LeonieP, see Podman's response below. The dvd tells you to start on level 3-4 then increase to level 9 gradually. Go slow. Don't ever use more than level 1 around the eyes and only on the bony part around the eyes, not the upper eyelids. You use the pre-face first (nickel sized) and do a treatment (whole face) then moisturize with their lotion or yours and repeat. Hope this helps. Hope this really works as advertised. I think I see results after only 2 treatments but then, maybe it is wishful thinking.
